Under Victoria’s Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004, employers must, so far as is reasonably practicable, provide and maintain a working environment that is without risks to health and safety, including psychological health. This means that employers need to eliminate or reduce any risks associated with work-related stress.
For information on how to comply with your legal requirements relating to psychological health, e.g. stress, bullying, fatigue or work-related violence please visit WorkSafe Victoria’s website.
